The Official Gun Problem Thread

I've seen probably 20+ threads on Nerf Haven about somebody having a broken gun that they can't fix. It's not neccessarily a bad thing, but it makes a lot of "post clutter". So, I made this topic so you can tell us what the problem is and we'll tell you how to fix it (to the best of our ability). Remember, pictures are extremely important and don't be afriad to bump, this is a sticky. Happy Fixing.

Well, I was juggling titans and I dropped one and when it hit the concrete it exploded!  Anyone got any bright ideas?
